“To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors.” – Tia Walker
Work for an award-winning senior care company
We are currently looking for attentive, compassionate, confidential, flexible, patient, professional, and reliable caregivers to join our team. We offer full- and part-time positions with scheduling flexibility. We are proud of our healthy working environment with management that truly cares about your happiness and well-being.
Our caregivers have the opportunity to become Certified Companion Aides, CCA’s®, a designation that elevates their knowledge and status in the industry. This program, derived from a popular certified nursing assistant program, is a compilation of the best standards and practices available in companion care, focusing on 19 essential care subjects, including professionalism, understanding aging, safe & comfortable transfers, chronic medical conditions, infection control, nutritional needs, and much more!
We also offer an interactive online learning experience, “In The Know” (ITK). ITK offers our caregivers the opportunity to continue to broaden their knowledge and skills on everything from proper handwashing, transfers, helping with daily activities, to creating a trusting relationship with clients. All with the goal of helping people to remain independent and stay in their own homes.
Employee Testimonials
“I have worked for other home care agencies. One thing that makes Good Samaritan Senior Care stand out above the rest is prior to beginning with a client we are given personal information about the client. It includes what they like to do, interests, favorite foods, medical history and any specific care needs they may have. If we are new to a client, a member of the office staff introduces us. We are trained by a current caregiver or an office staff member. They make sure we are comfortable with their care before they leave.”
